Creating an offer in 30 seconds
Quickly draft a deal sheet, attach a rider, and send it off — all from the event page.
Greenroom's offer builder is designed for speed. Once your event exists on the calendar, here's how to fire off a deal in under a minute.
Open the event
From the calendar, click the event tag. From the Bookings tab, click any row. You'll land on the event detail page.
Fill the deal block
Open the Deal tab. Choose your deal type (Guarantee / vs % / Door deal / Flat), enter guarantee + cap, set door splits, deposit %, and contract status.
Hit ⌘+Enter from any field to auto-save and move to the next field.
Attach riders
Drag your tech rider and hospitality rider into the Files tab. Greenroom auto-tags PDFs based on filename.
Send
Click Share at the top of the event page. The offer compiles into a single PDF with your branding and a unique signing link.
