Settlement is the final step in the show lifecycle. Greenroom guides you through ticket reconciliation, deductions, and artist payout in one workflow.

Box office reconciliation

Pull final ticket counts from your ticketing platform (Eventbrite, See Tickets, Ticketmaster — all native integrations). Greenroom imports tickets sold + gross sales + comps.

Deductions

  • Production costs (sound, lighting, backline)
  • Hospitality (catering, dressing room)
  • Venue rental (if applicable)
  • Credit card processing fees
  • Local taxes (auto-calc by region)

Settling with the artist

Open the event → Settlement tab. The system calculates artist net based on your deal terms (guarantee vs door, with caps applied). Both parties sign the settlement statement digitally.

Once both parties sign, the settlement statement is locked. Edits require a counter-signature.

Wiring funds

Connect your bank via Plaid (US) or Flinks (Canada) to wire the artist payout directly from Greenroom. Or export the wire instructions to your accounting team.

Closing the event

Mark the event as Settled. It moves from the active pipeline into your historical reports. Settled events feed your year-over-year analytics, agent commission reports, and tax documents.
